These pictures are of the foods I have made for Clients that asked for deep nourishment after Birth. 
Blood loss happens to a greater or lesser degree during Birth.
Building it back up again afterwards can be easily done with nourishing meals that have lots of iron. For this I like to include Iron rich sources from bone broths, organ and grass fed meats and leafy greens. Herbal formulas that include blood nourishing tonics can also be used to build back blood after birth.
